Additional notesThe Willows Natural Burial Ground, Leicestershire, is a 5.8 acre, gently sloping site set in the picturesque Charnwood countryside. The vision for this family run site is to become an area of natural beauty which, over the years, will develop into a fitting natural final resting place. A place where people can come and reflect and remember loved ones. The Willows is managed and maintained with a strong sense of countryside and conservation. A percentage of money from all our plots sold will be placed into a trust fund, meaning that when the burial ground is full there will be a source of income to keep the ground maintained.

Also a percentage of the money will be put into a trust fund so that when the burial ground is full it can be cared for as a nature reserve. As a general rule trees will only be planted on the grave when a full coffin plot is purchased. Alternatively trees are available for planting and dedication in our memorial woodland. We must also point out that if every grave in the woodland area were planted with a tree, strong growth and tree life would not occur. Therefore we will advise you what plots are available within the planting plan.
