Additional notesThis is one of the few churches with a gothic bell tower which was added in 1820. The churchyard is now closed although cremated remains can be interred or scatterd within existing family lairs. The churchyard is of a circular design which was thought to ward off evil spirits in bygone days.The oldest headstone so far dates back to 1654. Interment records dating back to the 1940's are available.
